Corkscrew with aluminium frame and a spring, that gives the handle more pulling power.

After the worm is turned into the cork and the frame is contacting the bottle neck, the spring begins to exert force against the handle as the user continues to turn it. This action than causes the cork to be lifted from the bottle.

German spring barrel with a "paper clip" stop. The paper clip has a pin in the center that is inserted in a hole in the shank to stop the spring when removing the cork from the bottle. To remove the cork you pull the pin out, raise the clip and spring barrel and unscrew the cork. The spike is for breaking the waxseal.

At this item the spring barrel has a washer above the worm. There is no way to move the spring barrel out of the way to remove the cork from the worm... it's a very impractical design.
